Stepping into Potential: Group Walks

Ready to take the first step?  

About: These walks have been designed to combine movement with thoughtful and intentional conversation that will leave your body and mind feeling refreshed. I will guide each walk, and you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and share ideas with others. At the end of the walk, everyone will 'walk away' with one action towards growing into their potential

Group size: Groups will be 6-10 individuals - you can bring your group (think birthday party, corporate event, mothers day extravaganza) or join a scheduled group. 

Time commitment: Walks will be 90 minutes in length 

Location: Walks will start and end at Brennan Park Recreation Centre in Squamish, unless requested by a group to walk elsewhere. 

Topic areas: I am currently offering two distinct walks, and can work with you if another topic would benefit your group:

  • Walk 1: Living a fulfilled life ​
    On this walk, we will work together to identify a dream you may have, what values you might drawn upon from your lived experiences to achieve this dream, and an action step for moving forward. 

  • Walk 2: Better relationship with self & others 
    On this walk, we will learn how to listen to ourselves and others, how aspects of our existing selves can support or hinder us in relationship and an action towards moving forward.
